Processing time

1-3 business days. We will begin processing your order immediately from the date it is placed. Processing will include printing order details, product shipment, and interfacing with logistics providers. The time frame is usually 1-3 business days.

All items ship from Wuhan, China. We currently only ship to the United State.

Delivery time
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We are dedicated to making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Normally the delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date that it is placed.
If you need to receive an order by a specific date, please feel free to contact us first to inquire about availability. We will always do whatever we can to accommodate you.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier, international customs sorting, invalid address, customs clearance, or other reasons. If there will be a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely to handle it efficiently. Order confirmation
After you complete your purchase. You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email (check your spam folder if you can’t find it) Make sure all info is correct.
We will ship to the address you fill in on the checkout page. The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, we are unable to change the address once we ship your orders. When you want to change the address, please contact us: support@eastendgifts.com
Notice: When the carrier returns an undeliverable package because of an address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require a refund.
